Wish I could give 0 stars. During weekend day hours, there's a local temple that has sermons and a wave of people would leave at once. The garage's capacity is unable to accommodate this flow out of the parking lot, leading the even more delays after the 10 minute window ... for leaving the garage expires after payment. Worst is that there is minimal weekend support and security doesn't have the tools to resolve quickly. I was stuck in the parking lot for over 50 minutes, disrupting the rest of the days plans. Extremely frustrated that I couldn't even leave when I wanted to. Spoke with management and focus was not on how they could make the system better. "You've only been here once. These things happen, machines break down." Just cause it happens, doesn't mean it can't be fixed. Read more
