After faithfully purchasing breakfast from Jasper's Deli for many years and referring countless people to visit this location. It's unfortunate to learn that owner doesn't value long time customers. After a system glitch with his debit machine. The owner proceeded to disregard a long standing relationship over years of my ... business by demanding instead of asking to pay again. All done in an aggressive manner in front of other customers. For such reasons a will never refer anyone to Jasper's Deli ever again. The situation could have been handled much more friendly. It turns out, this establishment never did have the mentality of valuing long term customers which is very unfortunate. So much for supporting the mom and pop shops. To the owner.
