Starbucks - Toronto, Ontario

As a HUGE Starbucks supporter, this location is consistently SLOW and they often substitute a Pike or Dark when I order Blonde. They either don't care or think the customer will not notice. Lazy and inconsiderate.

It took over 20 minutes for a drink. I arrived with no customers in the store and 6 other people who arrived after me were served first for some reason. I think by now, everyone knows the kind of food options and coffee options you'll get if you go to a Starbucks. I'm not a big fan of the food options, thus the 3 star review. Otherwise, coffee and drinks meet expectations but what I really appreciate at this location ... are the friendly staff and service. I've only been a few times but I've seen them greet every single customer and they definitely know the orders of their regulars. There's a lovely banter that goes on and it's overall a well run store. It might be a little smaller than some of the other Starbucks but it's cozy and has an outdoor patio that you can enjoy in the warmer weather.
