The Second Cup in the underground of the Holt Renfrew has very friendly staff behind the counter, quick service and a comfortable atmosphere. This location has no couches or fireplace like some other locations have but there are plenty of tables & chairs arranged to give you space.

This location is conveniently situated in the middle of a busy shopping and financial centre, so there is a lot of traffic throughout this location. Quiet little space downstairs that has bright lighting and is a good space to just take break to relax. Nice and clean.

The barista had an attitude. Ordered a ham & cheese melt and asked to have it warmed up, the sandwich was still completly cold. Decent location. It's a bit on the smaller side so you may not get a seat if you wanted to sit down and enjoy your coffee.
