This location is conveniently situated in the middle of a busy shopping and financial centre, so there is a lot of traffic throughout this location. The Second Cup in the underground of the Holt Renfrew has very friendly staff behind the counter, quick service and a comfortable atmosphere. This location has no couches or fireplace like some other locations have but there are plenty of tables & chairs arranged to give you space.
