I do not want to risk coming here and wasting my time and money. Recently, they changed the staff who just treat their job as a barista like a job but not an art. They do not pay attention to how you want your beverage made and even if you ... want a simple latte, it will not have any flavour. The management must be new because the workers have been awful at brewing beverages. There are not a whole bunch of Second Cup's in this area but there are a lot of visitors from other countries or areas in Canada that visit Kingsway often and even regulars. Keep that in mind. Ordered a parfait and the employee didn't know what it was. He was new so I'll give him that but then I asked for everything and he gave me only a few toppings. There card machine was out of order but they were very friendly.

An emotionless blonde woman served me a cup of mint tea so insanely scalding that my tongue still hurts 3 days later. If you served this coffee to the human torch from fantastic four, even he would be like "whoa put some milk in this, it's way too hot".
