great location, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, my most favourite coffee and bagel place. After drinking coffee (red eyes) at this location I dont want to go anywhere else. Every cup is customized and prepared exactly to taste. Thank you ladies!

Ordered a Vanilla Bean latte and was really looking forward to my expensive coffee order through uber. My cup was barely 3 quarters full and there was no sweetness to be found. This is the best second cup location I’ve been to. The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your order is perfect. Ordering online they never miss an order note, and the drinks/ food are always fantastic!

It's always refreshing to visit 2nd Cup after trying the basic hastily made coffees at the well-known chains. What an excellent selection of beans they offer for home brewing and store brewing. The snacks are also upper crust. Nice place to have a coffee with friends and family.I visited this place first time.Staff is great. Service is fast. But washroom need some attention.
