Food was tasty, delicious and filling, but all the dishes were soaked in oil. Fried noodles were overly sweet and the beef was a bit too salt. Again, great taste but regrets. Almost 40 years in business Joanna and Jeanette grew up in their parents restaurant which they now call theirs. It’s so awesome. Like the Jewish deli these old school spots are getting harder to find and need our support. I love Hakka food and their dry chili chicken is bomb! ... Then again all the food is super delicious. I love a good sizzling plate and don’t hate me but won ton skins and red sauce rock! Have a visit and show a little support for the ones who have lasted so long. Read more

This is the one of the first Hakka restaurants in Toronto. They have the best chili chicken. Haven’t been here in a very long time. Was in TO and decided to drop by. The food is still top notch and the chili chicken what it’s suppose to be. Lots of ... Hakka places around but they do chili chicken different. This is the original. Portion is good and the prices still reasonable. They make Hakka dishes not on the menu and it’s as good as I rember. Read more

Delicious, huge portions per plate, mine was $15 braised beef with veggies. Can request for extra veggies for an extra fee of $3. Busy during lunch time bet 11:30am-1pm. I went at 2pm to dine in then also ordered take out. I am always satisfied every time I visit.
