If your choices of Chinese take-out are between House of Wong on Kingston Rd, or Tim Choi's on Markham Rd, don't make the same mistake I did. Tonight was my first time trying Tim Choi's and I will DEFINITELY be ordering again. Chicken chop suey, lemon chicken, 2 egg rolls , and ... honey garlic ribs was $45.00 delivered. The only change I'd make would be a little extra sauce on the ribs, but otherwise it was cooked to perfection! True hidden gem in Toronto. Amazing tasting food! they give huge portions for the price that will leave you full. One combo that is a really cheap price can feed two people! Worth every penny

If you didn't know about this place you would drive right by it. Prices and portion sizes are great especially for hungry students in the area. Arrived fresh and steaming hot. Wee bit greasy. Ordered thru skip. Chicken balls breading to chicken ratio off breading a little more than chicken on some. Chicken balls were not dry 🤤🤤. Chicken wings off the chain 🔥 perfect heat. The chicken veg mix was awesome not greasy. I told ... the restaurant upon ordering I wanted to poop fyah but there was not much of any spiciness to the food ☹️. Egg rolls are barely filled and mildly salty. Rice barely any veg or carcass. Ordered two of these, which are the combination plates "C2". Placed the order over the phone, and the lady was pleasant that answered the phone. Delivery driver was also pleasant. My order was delivered to me hot, fast and fresh. - Rice was very tasty, not too dry, or oily. It was flavored ... well. - Chicken balls were delicious, has a nice crispy exterior, with a good size piece of chicken in it. - S&S Ribs were okay, but I prefer it to be boneless (for these type of bits and pieces) - Egg Roll was nice as well. Overall, as always....I'm very satisfied with this place because they offer great portion sizes for the price, and food always taste great. I would recommend that you try, if you haven't already. If it wasn't for me to read the reviews of this hidden gem, I wouldn't have tested it out. PS: Good Chinese food places have been closing down, there are only a few left.
