Monga does it right. Their Taiwanese style fried chicken is hard to beat and the seasoning they use is out of this world. I’m hooked on their Misty seasoning which is their plum flavor. For those uninitiated, the plum powder they use tastes very similar to those ... dried salty and sour plum candies you find at Chinese supermarkets. I've been here many times already and the quality of the food has dropped so much. I ordered the same plum flavor fried chicken every time and the taste is always different each time. Sometimes the batter is not fully cooked and sometimes the plum powder is just not enough to ... taste. Sometimes the chicken taste funny as there is a smell. I asked to add a bit more plum powder in my chicken today because I don't really taste the plum powder. The lady told me there is a charge for it if I want more plum powder. Ordered the plum salt crunchy chicken to go a few minutes before they closed. The chicken is uncooked, pinkish and slimy. I have ordered here before and their food is amazing. This was my one treat of the week, ruined 😔. This is hazardous and poses the risk of salmonella poisoning

Overall the food quality was better than other fried chicken stores. If I want to have munchies for fried chicken this will be one of my top recommendations.
