I have been coming here for 20 years, and yesterday was the first time I was very dissatisfied. First I had to wait 1/2 hour later than the promised pickup time, then the portions were significantly downsized from my previous visit. Pork fried rice was fresh and excellent as always, but the ... General Cho chicken was inedible. The chicken was stringy and so tough I good not chew it or even cut it with a knife. My favorite little hidden Gem in Etobicoke south. This food is consistently delicious, the menu extensive and I've not had a thing there I don't like. The portions are generous for the price. You can have a meal for one which is a lunch special for dinner if you ... pay the extra dollar. It's still worth every penny and even the I have left overs. I've never shared this food with anyone who doesn't like it. They are not skimpy on vegetables so you can actually eat healthful Chinese food if you wish. Got the Chicken fried rice and BBQ Pork. And it was just okay. I pass this place going to Kipling station daily so I finally decided to try it. The pork was tough and the sauce on it needs improvement. The rice has nice chunks of chicken through out it ... but overall is lack luster. @ $19 for the two items there are better take out places delivering more flavour in the west end. Read more

$6.95 lunch combos (plus HST) are the best deal in town and include one free canned soft drink. Huge portions. Can easily spread this out over 2 meals. Note lunch combos are $2 more after 4 pm. This is a CLEAN restaurant. Not the best ... tasting Chinese food in the world but more than satisfactory considering the price. No tables. Just a stand-up counter along the window. Read more
