They use to be good, now the food is not even good for my pets (I love them and I wouldn’t do this to them); my daughter literally took a bite and immediately spit it out, tried to fix it with some soy sauce but it didn’t work. I order 2 ... chicken balls combos, the rice was tasteless and the chicken balls smell funny and were soggy. When my husband went back to ask for the money back, the rude lady said what other restaurant gives money back if the food is not good? Perhaps owners that cares for their clients and their business? I been living in Etobicoke for over 20 years and this is the worst experience I ever had in local restaurants. I really believe that a supermarkets that prepares Chinese dishes are way better than this. Read more
Really really disappointed. Ordered the lunch special. It’s absolutely horrible, absolutely no flavor. 20 bucks wasted for two orders for some flavourless rice and soggy chicken balls. I returned and politely asked for a refund since the quality wasn’t up to par and was told she ... didn’t understand what a refund was and that she didn’t know of any other place that gave refunds when the customer wasn’t happy. Beware poor quality and poor service to boot. It’s too bad you can’t give 0 stars. Read more
Terrible service. Husband grew up eating here, it was great two years ago but i dont know whats going on but the lady that works there was extremely disrespectful. They ripped me off with the sizing of the fried rice. Even if you changed your portions, out of decency you ... would try to explain things respectfully to your customer and apologize for the dissatisfaction, Not get yelled at and then hung up on because i am questioning why the portion changed. I paid close to 100 dollars for basically a meal that could feed only 2 people when i ordered enough for a family of 6. Save your money there are better Chinese restaurants for your buck BELIEVE ME. I know inflation, but this order i straight up got robbed!!!!! PS. Ive worked in customer service for over 10 years. I just want to say that the gentleman working there is probably even more busy then that lady answering the phone because he has to cook and clean and answer the phone, and he was respectful. All these reviews that sympathize with the lady and say shes busy… shes truly not, the owner has to literally do her job for her cause she doesn’t have even basic manners to answer a phone and represent the restaurant. Its truly a shame. Read more
Grew up eating from this place. Canadianized Chinese food is hit and miss and different for everyone. Me and my family and friends really like Far East. The lo mein is more pasta-y with a mild flavour. The deep fried wontons are the best in the GTA. I suspect there ... is some lard in the oil they fry them in. Yum! Read more

I really wanted to like this and there were some successes. Overall kinda mediocre. Food was hit and miss with some dishes tasteless. Customer service was horrendous. Value for money was good overall and vegetables were super fresh. If I went again we’ll avoid certain dishes and recommend you do ... too but there are some wins. - Spring rolls: $1 each: these are terrible. Small. Tasteless. Clearly frozen and bought in. 1/10 - Vegetable Lo Mein: actually really nice! Best part of the meal. 9/10 - Tofu in black bean sauce: completely tasteless and watery: 1/10. - Chicken fried rice: a little light on the amount of chicken and the rice was a bit sticky, but it was a hit overall with our family: 7/10 - Bok Choy: great texture but completely tasteless even though it is fried with garlic. Can’t hate it though as it was cooked well. 7/10. - Beef with vegetables: Very watery but, tasted nice. 8/10. Now, let’s talk about customer service. It’s horrendous! I got yelled at down the phone and then yelled at again when I came to pick up the order. I actually don’t care but, it’s not professional. 2/10. Forget all of the above… the restaurant is absolutely filthy. There is dirt everywhere. If the front is so gross, who knows what’s in the back. 1/10. Advice for management: put someone polite on order taking. Improve the quality of your frozen fried foods that you bring in. And give the front of house a wipe down. Read more
