Been coming here for years, food is great value. But service is highly questionable and inconsistent. Waitresses here are awful, have argumentative vibes and constantly question you when you ask for refills/take out containers. Didn’t let me take my noodles to go (it was a refill serving that I ordered ... 20 minutes prior and ate more than half of) and only let me take the soup, whisking away my half bowl of noodles that I fished out of the broth. We know the policy of not being able to order an obscene amount of noodles then taking them to go, but this restriction seemed excessive. Tasty food, great portions, and rich broth. Warms you up and is very satisfying. Simple restaurant, but it's great on a cold or sick day.

The boiling soup is comforting for a cold day, full of flavour and a bunch of sides mixed together. The fried chicken was a bit oily for me. However, service was quick and efficient!

If you come here, I really recommend the signature braised pork noodle soup (as opposed to the crossing the bridge). It’s absolutely delicious - the broth is super flavourful and nourishing! I’ve only come for lunch, so it’s always nice and quiet. I love how calm and brightly lit this place ... is. The service is also pretty good! I came here after some solo shopping, I wanted something warm, and I always saw this place when walking around the Eaton center. There weren’t many people inside, probably because it was an hour before closing, but the atmosphere was chill. So was the service. They answered any questions I ... asked with no judgment, even the stupid ones like where is the bathroom even though it was right in front of me. The food was OK. It wasn’t anything you couldn’t get anywhere else, at least the quality. I’ve never seen a noodle place where the ingredients come separately. But I like that, as you can pick and choose which ingredients you actually want in your soup. I would say the level of meat is pretty low, I only got 3-ish pieces of meat (it’s the really thin hotpot meat too). But I was full and warm by the end of it and that’s what matters. I got the watermelon juice with it, and it tasted like real watermelon and wasn’t the overly sweet artificial ones, so it paired really well! I wish it was a bit colder.
