Food and service was good, but the atmosphere could use some upgrades.

I went there twice and had their food. It's no good. It's like they reheat the food and give it to you. The chicken wings were awful. They needed to change the chefs. The cleanliness is a zero people going out to enjoy a meal and the atmosphere, and I ... have to say this specific location didn't meet any criteria in all levels, so sorry to say but some one needs to speak up. If there was a no star or half star, I would have rated this place that low. No serving and hospitality ethics. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 20 minutes without anyone taking my orders. I finally decided to go up cause I see one person working. ... The cashier / waiter / cleaner pretends as if I'm not there and went ahead n serve the other customers their beer. When she returned, she spoke to me very rudely. Such a turnoff!!! Just called this restaurant 5 seconds and ask the person who answered the phone what is available to order, he ask what is your phone number? I ask is it possible I can know what is available he instantly said, CALL ME BACK!!! And slammed the phone down........I am ... still I'm shocked of what just happened......my God!!! Hey, Caribbean Heat's food was good and the price right. I went one day when they had their all you can eat buffet, really good. You can go back to the buffet as many times as your belly will allow you to eat.
