So came here and the middle aged lady kept on baking the breads while we were waiting for her to take the order. She simply just kept on working on her breads without attending any of the customers. left without getting the food as she seems to care less about ... others time. Read more

Truly dedicated and hardworking staff here. As soon as you come in they acknowledge you with a smile. Very quick when it comes to meal preparation. Most places have changed after COVID when it comes to customer service but this place remains the same high standards.

THE BEST Mr. Sub ever! Whenever I'm in Scarborough I make sure to go here and I recently had them cater a party. The presentation and taste of the party pack subs were great, the guests loved them and they provided extra toppings and cookies on the side. Highly recommend ... this location, the owner is awesome! We have been to many Mr Sub locations in the GTA and never had the service we get at this location. It is consistently friendly and hardworking people. I absolutely love Mr Sub and as a vegetarian it's usually one of the only fast food shops that is available when out and about. Therefore it's fair to say that I have been to several locations all over the GTA. This location is THE BEST location that provides the BEST ... service, fresh food and cleanliness, even the rest rooms are well above average in regards to upkeep. The images provided display the work environment where they make your sandwich and these people make the sandwiches in a way where you can get all of your desired toppings without getting a squished soggy mess. Shout out and a big Thank you to Rithu, Niranjan, Abhi who ran this restaurant properly and efficiently without a manager on site. I hope the manager recognizes their hard work!! Read more
