Amazing food, priced way too low! Their "small" is a quarter chicken on a lot of rice in a container that would be a medium almost anywhere. And it's $6 (as of 2024). And they sell FULL wings (winglet and drumlet) for $1 each. Get a small jerk - delicious - ... with 3 wings (really 6) for only $10 including tip. Incredible. Read more

The attitude of the women working there is just absolutely appalling. As regulars for more than 6yrs, we'd still go beacuse at least the food was good, and cheap. But the quality and consistency has gone down. The rice and peas always has a burned flavor, the jerk chicken is ... sometimes dry.... So yea. I don't care if they offered a box for $2, I'm never going back in there again. Read more

The food is delicious and you can’t beat the price anywhere else for authentic Jamaican food. My only issue is the service. I’ve met the owner and he is a nice man, however his serving staff, horrible. They all have an attitude and do not appear to enjoy ... working there. As a very regular customer you’d think my presence would be acknowledged and business appreciated, but not at all. I hope the new year brings some cheer to the staff so they can be a bit more pleasant when greeting their customers, instead of acting so incredibly bothered. Happy New Year. Read more

Cash / debit only. A go to spot in the west end since my high school days. $6 for chicken, rice and peas with coleslaw. You must have it with the red sauce and not the gravy. Highly recommend for a bomb meal and would come back.
