The best Trini Food in Canada! The new layout and interior design is great and adds so much more to the ambience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The one time I left without my doubles, and the phoned me to make sure I would come back to grab them.

Ordered catering for my 31st birthday, what an incredible place. Drupati’s is the OG and they make delicious authentic food. I ordered their jerk chicken, which is super Smokey and barbecued to perfection. Some could say it’s too charred but you’d be wrong. This is exactly how it should be. I came in to get takeout with my friend. Curry chicken and a goat  Rotis with pumpkin added.  The food was delicious. The extra cost to add pumpkin was $4 per roti, which is fine IF I got $4 worth or enough pumpkin to taste with every bite of my ... roti. I was disappointed when I opened my roti to find literally a tablespoon maybe two tablespoons.  Both orders were with Pepper sauce on side. When I got the order there was no pepper sauce in the bag and the lady went to get me one. I was excited for this meal as the week prior I had eaten at Dave's Drupatis in Scarborough which was delicious. That location has two different roti size to order so I wanted to order the same size here. I didn't see this option on the menu and I asked the lady taking my order, she was a little irritated and said "I don't know anything about that location, we have one size!". The food is good. The restaurant seems to be under renovation as of now. The service can definitely be better. The person taking my order wasn’t helpful or I guess… I was supposed to know the menu better than her before trying to order?? There was slight attitude. A suggestion ... to whoever is in charge would be to just go back to regular wax paper or whatever it is you use to wrap the take out food. Great service by Dee. Enjoyed delicious chilli chicken and fried rice with my boyfriend. Atmosphere could be a little better.
