Decent price for average food. It’s good if you have large party of people. Waited quite a while till a table but the dishes come quick.

Recommended by two friends that this restaurant provides foods that worth a good value of money. After I tried, I would say, yes it’s worth a bit more than 4. My children loves the mango black glutinous rice rolls, we ordered the two. The beef bone was not as what ... we usually eat, it’s chewy, seemed marinated and fried with a layer of sweet sauce, I love them as they were not overly softened。Turnip rice cake is my favorite, it has chunks of juicy turnips in which added more texture and flavor, definitely should try and the jinger cake is also wonderful. Small Congee was enough for 5 persons, good portion. What I could ask to improve is the beef stomachs, as it’s too much chewy, which I prefer a softer texture. Walking in, this place had nice decor and looked fairly nice from the inside. We got a table pretty quickly as there were still a lot available which I found pretty interesting, since we went at around 11 am which is usually a really busy time for dim sum restaurants. ... After being seated, we ordered about 13 dishes that arrived pretty quickly. Overall the dim sum was average, there was nothing unique or special about it that would differentiate it from other dim sum restaurants. A major con would be that it’s significantly pricier than other dim sum places. Based on my experience, I would say it’s about 30-50% more expensive than normal dim sum restaurants. What is disappointing is that it is really average for what you are paying. Decent dim sum place if you have the money. But not a great dim sum place if you are looking for value. Read more

Overhyped and overpriced. This restaurant has a long standing good reputation in Scarborough. People used to line up for the dim sum here. Now you can always find a table. The main reason is the pricing. The cost of eating here is very high, with all dishes being overly expensive. ... The food is very tasty and fresh, but not worth the high prices! The service is better than other Chinese restaurants, but still lacking, but nobody comes here for the service! The decor is beautiful and makes for a wonderful atmosphere.
