Lobster was cooked to perfection as usual and their deep fried tofu with shrimp paste is a must try. The outside is so crispy and the inside is so soft.

This restaurant serves delicious lobster, we love green onion and ginger flavour.We have to feast at Hua Sang every Christmas season. Fast service! Friendly staff. And they have PAPER straws. 🐢

Love this place. Been coming here for many years. Food is so delicious. The decor is exactly same as it was 20 years ago so don't expect much. The people you are with create the ambiance because it's dated dark look won't do it for you. Great for groups and ... communal dining. Deep fried lobster. Need I say more? Very delicious food. Loved the lobster. Shark fin and crab soup was very good. Deep fried fish nicely done. My favourite dish was the fried rice with soft shell crab. Large portions. Quick service. I've been to this restaurant quite a few times in the past, usually for special occasions. Well known Chinese seafood restaurant specializing in live seafood. The actual place is a bit dated and could use use a refresh. Staff was pretty friendly and attentive. Now on to the food. ... So we ordered clams and the initial taste was great. In the end it was probably about a pound of clams with 6 unopened clams in the end. I kind of feel that this number is a bit high considering this place specializes in fresh seafood. Next we tried to order some vegetables but they were sold out? No mention of that anywhere on the numerous signs posted throughout the restaurant advertising the vegetables we wanted to order. And tbh, Chinatown is literally 5 minutes away... next up Cantonese chow mein. No complaints here, portion was larger as well. Now finally the crab, first impressions were that the dungeness crab was a bit on the smaller side but flavour and taste were on point. Didn't like the plastic shell cracker they gave us as it didn't do the job and felt as if it would break in 2. I don't understand why a seafood restaurant wouldn't have some metal or more sturdy shell crackers available. Got complimentary oranges and fortune cookies which was nice. Lastly, we asked for water and they gave us a pitcher of water and 3 red Dixie cups which was a bit weird but whatever. Overall I will most likely return but only for special occasions as they are a bit on the pricey side. I also do recommend to anyone looking for some good fresh seafood to give them a try. Read more
