I booked a spa day package and added on an extra treatment. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was perfect and seamless. The attendants, aestheticians, and massage therapists were all kind, courteous, and professional, ensuring that I was comfortable, relaxed, and felt at ease. I allowed myself to really “digitally ... detox” (disconnect from all my electronic devices” for a whole day. I started with 20 minutes in the warm whirlpool, followed by 20 minutes in the steam room. I proceeded to my scheduled Tuscan Citrus Body Scrub and massage therapy session administered by an RMT. After, I had my Urban Detox + Charcoal Mask facial which cleared my oily and congested skin. The aesthetician recommended a few follow-up products to purchase at the end of my spa day. I had a relaxing 90-minute lunch on the 4th floor of their spa. I ordered some salad, a lamb tagine, and a phyllo pocket for dessert. After lunch, the last two treatments of my day were the manicure and pedicure with a paraffin wax treatment. Thank you, Elmwood Spa, for allowing me to pamper myself as a great start to my summer vacation! Will definitely come back! Read more
