Our service was fantastic! Friendly, welcoming people & fast delivery of items. Unfortunately, the food didn’t blow us away overall (although bonus points for presentation.) The Fried chicken sandwich came with a soggy bottom bun, lacked flavour yet, had lots of raw, thick sliced jalapeño peppers which didn’t suit the sandwich (served ... with a small portion of fries.) I have been to other Landings Group locations many times, but this was my first time at Jacksons Landing. We came here on a Wednesday night and they had 1/2 bottle of wine promotion; so we liked them from the beginning. Lol The restaurant was pretty busy, so the parking lot ... was full, so we had to park on the other side of the street, in front of Shoppers Drug Mart. We had a reservation, so we didn’t have to wait much to be seated. The staff were friendly. We ordered “Steak & Parm Frites”, medium cooked and “Landing Burger” and paired our meal with a bottle of red wine. Our food was tasty and the steak was cooked to our liking. We also ordered “Mascarpone Cheesecake” for dessert, which is my favorite. Nice ambience but the food was very avg. The dishes all had a neutral taste. The cauliflower in the Korean cauliflower was borderline uncooked. Plating was nice as you can see from the pics. Service too was pretty average except for the young lady at the front desk. The cheesecake ... dessert was the saving grace. Read more

I've eaten at the location in Toronto before, it was great, and this restaurant is close to home, so I why not give it a try? And it was great. Of all the places I could have chosen to dine at for my milestone birthday, I'm glad It was here ... because the food and service was great, the atmosphere was energetic, and my little baby nephew made quite the impression on the female servers, lol. Yuuum! What a great experience we had at Jacob’s landing this last weekend. We had an event in Burlington so 3 of us decided to check it out here on a whim. The service was excellent! We asked to sit outside on their beautiful patio, unfortunately halfway through we got a ... little chilly but they had no problems accommodating the switch. The server was very knowledgeable on the menu - she knew all items that were gluten free (also marked on the menu) and how they could accommodate other dishes to make them dairy free as well. I ended up getting the marinaded mussels. They were so delicious - I would definitely recommend them again. My friends got the stirfry with chicken - she said it was super tasty. The other got the pear salad with chicken and she also enjoyed the meal. Read more
