Best meal I have had in quite a long time. Both my girlfriend and I had the five course tasting- every dish brought to the table was both unique and tasted absolutely amazing. The kitchen was also able to accomodate allergies with no heads up prior to our arrival. Our ... service was impeccable; and our server (his name escapes me) was both engaging and prompt. Every dish that was brought to the table was accompanied by a preamble that explained each dish in great detail and went over every ingredient. George restaurant was definitely an incredible experience for me. Each dish was very unique and well explained by our waiter. They were also very accomodating to my allergy requests. Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try an upscale Canadian tasting menu!

Nice atmosphere. Food came with good presentation but taste wise was okay. Every dish was brought to the table by a staff with a bit introduction to the dish but no further elaboration if you asked for more details/clarification.
