Cactus Club Cafe Sherway Gardens - Toronto, Ontario

We wanted a place to dine after shopping and stumbled on Cactus Club. We had a lovely time there. From the calamari starter to the crab cake frites I had for mains to the chocolate lava dessert, I had a wonderful culinary experience. The presentation of the meals showed that the ... chef pays attention to details. My daughter and husband however said their meals(salmon & steak respectively) could be better hence the 4stars but everything I ate was great! Great experience! Foods and drinks were served with great timing. The steak was cooked perfectly medium and tasty. The sushi is a must try, was too good and almost gone before taking the picture. Definitely worth to go second and third time.

Went there for a nice summer dinner. Sat on the rooftop patio at the bar as it was a nice day and they had it open. It was BUSY. But the drink was good. Food was delicious. The bartender took care of us and he was attentively checking on us ... which is nice since we has busy also. Will be back. Read more

Our group of 7 came for my daughters 16th birthday at 7:30pm. We were seated within minutes and immediately met our waiter, Killian, who was just fantastic throughout the evening. He was attentive, quick and made the experience feel personalized. The food was served fast, hot, and ... absolutely delicious. He finished our night with a surprise birthday cake slice, with forks for all! The ambiance of the Sherway location is unique! We loved the rooftop cabana, which comfortably sat us all, and were wowed when the roof opened up. The rooftop floor is a lively fun experience that must be experienced to fully appreciate. Been here twice for birthdays and had a good experience each time. The service very attentive and friendly, and accommodating to our big group. The drinks are tasty, and the food itself was pretty good (but nothing spectacular). Recommend the tuna stack, tacos and calamari (it has a very interesting ... and crunchy texture)! Read more
