Update: It's been a while since I updated my review from last time which was during covid. In 2024, this is still one my favorite bar, amazing hot dogs, bottle selection and an ambience you don't want to miss. I highly recommend trying one of their karaoke room too! ---- Minus the ... fact that this place isn't located in a really cool spot (some people might be turned off by all the homeless shelters around), their selection is really unique! The place has character, the owner is upbeat and very friendly, I still enjoy coming for drinks everytime and I can't wait for us to be able to enjoy the inside bar! I've been coming here for years and it's my go to date spot. The place has the cutest back rooms with nice atmosphere/creative seating (couches, loungers, nooks and crannies). You order via QR code (and pay on your phone so when you're done there is no waiting around for the ... bill to come). The drinks also come *so* fast after you put the orders in. Overall very reasonable prices for wine bottles, with good/interesting selection. The owner/manager (Glenn, I think?) is a total sweetheart. The Karaoke events here do mean that if you're coming here as a regular bar patron, occasionally there is some noise and sometimes the place gets crowded and not all of the rooms are available for bar seating/the remaining seating in the back is taken up. The vibe here was amazing! It was really spacious and cozy for a bar. The music wasn’t overly loud and the music choice fit the atmosphere well. You can order through a QR code and the service was also very very fast. The selection of wines and sake are large. I’ve ... never seen so many sakes on a menu (in Toronto) and I was particularly pleased to find some orange wines! I felt that the prices were reasonable for the cocktails in the downtown area, but I was a bit surprised to find a service fee though. The whiskeys are priced very well, but I can’t speak for the other spirits and wines as I’m not knowledgeable enough. What I didn’t quite like was the lack of individual tasting options, such as a wine or sake. Such an amazing place for my birthday! Absolutely loved our room (Grape juice) and the service was great! Super chill atmosphere, perfect for a group, and we really sang our hearts out! 10/10 will be back!

I love this place!! The vibe is cozy and friendly and cool. Love the set up with multiple rooms to explore … some with karaoke !!! The wine beer and sake lists are soo extensive!! There is truly something for everyone at multiple price points. I love how their system ... is set up where you get to scan a QR code from wherever you are in their giant space and then order/pay right from your phone (so convenient) and they bring it right to you!
