I don't normally write reviews, but this was so bad that it needs to be shared. I ordered a tea and a cheese tea biscuit, and the tea biscuit was the worst thing I have eaten in a long time. It was very stale - it was so dry that ... it broke into hard chunks instead of tearing like a normal tea biscuit, and, when I tasted it, it had a strong freezer burn flavour. It also left a weird oily feeling in my mouth, which tells me it was probably made from poor quality ingredients. I could barely eat one small bite and I had to throw the rest out. I don't expect gourmet food from chain coffee shops, but I do expect my food to be fresh! This was unacceptable and I will never return. Read more

Ordered a soy latte and I ended up with some frappe blended sweet drink thing. I told the gir it wasn't a latte and she said yes it is. I guess Timothys tells YOU now what you want. Weird. Also when I changed my payment method the girl rolled her ... eyes and made it seem like it was the worst thing I could've done. When you are having a bad day you should not take it out on your customers. Definitely will never go back to a Timothys again. What a joke. Read more

Used to be a good location. Management and staff ignore Toronto's smoking by-laws and allow regulars to smoke outside by the front door, ignoring the distance requirements. Since the door seems to be propped open year round, the stench of second hand smoke fills the cafe. Was a good place ... to meet and network but no more. Read more

Muffin was good. Coffee was watery and left a bad aftertaste that lasted.

This is our go to for coffee. My wife is obsessed with the Noisette blend and has one almost everyday, I usually get the Americano. Staff is very friendly, makes a great coffee and makes the overall experience wonderful. Can't go wrong here.
