PAPE Tim Hortons, the manager is super friendly! Always a pleasure chatting with her. And the coffee? Top-notch! Always my go-to spot for a fabulous brew. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff deserves more credit at this location. It’s a subway station, they’re constantly busy, if you don’t want to wait, place a mobile order. They also don’t have iced beverages, you can get an iced capp or a hot coffee. That is not the staffs fault, that is all ... this location can provide with limited space. They’re doing a great job, the girls were kind enough to remake my mobile order ice capp when the subway was delayed and it had completely melted. I will continue to stop here every morning! This by far is one of the worst Tim's I have been to. Ordered to a cold brew, they didn't have ice. Okay cool. So just give me the coffee, nope they didn't have the coffee either. They gave me hot regular coffee without milk and added cold water ... to it. Well, I kept my patience till then. The guy at the counter didn't seem to understand anything and of course wasn't apologetic or professional about his conduct. Definitely not coming back again here . Read more

The service is 50/50, I’ve had horrible service and I’ve had good/fine service. They’re a stop shop while in the subway, don’t expect much. Very hell rude staff. Girls working there literally treat you like you're asking for free coffee. Like dude we're paying you be little polite and nice with a customer. Honestly when i went to them there was no line no busy still they talk very rudely worst customer service. Girls ... working at this tims really needs to learn kind customer service. Read more
