Even after paying for your coffee, they make it differently each time, and I don't even want to start how, they screw the quality of the coffee. Hot coffee served not even warm, all quantities unbalanced and the final drink is garbage. If you feel like drinking coffee from here, ... just make an instant in the microwave. Never had a good experience here. Went today to get a marble hot chocolate ( whipped cream and grated chocolate on top) at first she didn’t know what I was talking about but the other employee did. They charged me for the marble hot chocolate which is more expensive than ... the regular one. And then made me a regular hot chocolate.
