Quick service Tim Hortons located inside the food court at Eaton Centre. Servers are polite. I tried the pizza for the first time and it was surprisingly good for the price. They should add a screen at the pickup counter showing the order numbers, similar to McDonald's.
Honestly I had an ok experience if you go during “coffee rush hours” like in the morning there is a long line and you’ll have to wait a bit more. Tried the new OREO® Double Stuf Iced Capp & Wildberry Hibiscus Sparkling Quencher and they were ok for a refreshing ... drink. Read more
service is slow, a couple staff are good and nice but the rest are rude or just have no idea how to do the job. half the time they ignore modifications and make the drinks regularly. on multiple occasions not serving iced coffee but have no sign up and don’t ... notify you before you waste your time waiting 10 minutes in line. if you do a mobile order nobody will be paying attention when you wait at the mobile order counter and will ignore you if you try to flag them down. the convenience of this location is no longer worth it, it’s better to walk to the tim hortons across the street in the tenor building. It was almost 10 minutes before I was asked what was my name for my mobile order. And mind you I was standing very close to their till area for the mobile pick up. Do they think I just want to stand there? Not until another customer complained that they ... ask for our names. My bfast is sitting there getting cold and they were just busy talking. One colleague told me once that if you buy HOT coffee from this location it will be an ICED coffee by the time you get it and I think he’s right. Read more
