NORMAL entrance closed. You see Tims, but to come in around 3 minutes walk around the building. Probably it's not their fault - management of this building closed this entrance(may be), but still

Went to get a tea early morning and their was a cockroach hopping around in the pastry shelves. Showed it to the staff and he knocked it down and squished it with his shoe. Disgusting!!! No thanks, nothing for me.

I ordered steeped tea double double, at first they didn’t add any sugar or may be they didn’t stirred it well so I went again, I told them that there is no taste of sugar at all. I did told them that may be they sugar is not mixed yet ... but They added more to make it sugar syrup🥺 Guys please stir it properly before giving it to your customers, it hardly takes you few seconds for you. I really appreciate the staff at this location and the only reason I’m not bumping my rating down is because I’ve taken a liking to them, which also caused me to gaslight myself for 10 minutes before deciding to write this. I’ve had no issues for the many months I ... have been ordering from this location, the double double & jalapeño bagel are staples. However today, after picking up my mobile order I was flabbergasted to find the toasted croissant looking like this. Whenever I order a toasted croissant in person, it is 100% intact in a single item bag and definitely not fried to the heavens. When I first picked it up I thought I accidentally ordered a wrap. If I wanted a balled up, shrivelled up, dried up croissant I would have asked for one. I’m struggling to understand how someone can justify presenting this. Worst Tims every. Over charge me everytime. I ask for a siply sausage on a plain croissant. The cashier charges me for a simply sausage and for a plain croissant toatal of $5.00 with a sm.
