Nice place to shop since the sale is on. Yes they are huge takes a couple of hours to cover up all the 4 floors. Top most floor is kids clothes section and lingerie for women. They have multiple brands of innerwear for women starting from Tommy Hilfiger, Maiden foam, warners, to ... even other brands that are unknown. The toys have a range of things for children and infants. They 3rd floor has women and men coat and workout clothes. They have Ugg’s, Kate spade, Michael kors and Point zero. They also have kids shoes section here with sketchers, converse , Pajar, and Artic wolf. The second floor mainly has men and women clothes both formal and informal. They have good sale on Levi’s jeans. The first floor has Perfumes, cosmetics and home decor of various brands and hand bags. They also have a Haircutting place here The men’s shoe are Hugo, adidas, Nike Reebok. They already have the Christmas collection available including trees. One must check them out ! I feel like this place has seen better days as parts of the store comes across as “abandoned”. I have always found the staff at this Bay to be very friendly, but parts of the store are under staffed. This store has a very fast online order pickup/curb ... side pickup where stuff ordered the night before is ready the next morning. There is rarely, if ever, a line to get in during the current Stage 1 and Stage 2 restrictions. Read more

Ordered a bookshelf online. It shipped ten days later, but could not track it. Three weeks later, not arrived and still cannot track it. I emailed customer service and online it says you should hear back within 48 hours...no such luck, as they never got back to me. I call ... customer service and eventually I get someone on the line. English is a bit broken and I am not sure if they understand my problem. They say the item is on the way. Turns out that's a lie and they just want me off the phone. A week later, still no bookshelf. I call and email again, and now I finally get an online response that says item is lost in transit and do I want a refund or replacement. I call again to get a refund. One customer service person gets confused about the refund and just hangs up on me. I call again and this new person I speak to is rude and says my refund will be processed within 21 days. So far I have no confirmation that this is happening, so I expect there is another phone call and a few more emails on my part to eventually get this refund. What a terrible two month experience. In a world shifting to online purchases how could you miss the mark so badly? Very disappointed and after thousands of dollars of shopping there, this one experience of incompetence and poor customer service has pushed me to stop shopping at The Bay, as they clearly do not value customers. Friendly, helpful Staff. Easy access for mobility impaired via elevator on Bloor or ramp off Yonge Street. Made in Canada products readily available. Always clean with fairly wide isles for the age of the structure. Best of all they have a good selection of non elastic socks. I've always been a fan of ... these.
