I told them 2 times no pork, they put bacon. I had to throw out the food. When people ask for no pork, it is generally due to religious beliefs. The employees should be more conscious. And then, when checking out. When I ordered a 'deal', I choose the vitamin water. ... And then he tried to charge me for the drink and the combo (despite it being included in the combo). If I could give this place negative stars I would. Read more
I'm giving this place a 4/5 not because of the flavour, the flavours are great and they have a large selection of bagel! But because of the customizable items! I always want avocado on my bagel and this place doesn't have avocado, I believe they only have pickles tomatoes and ... lettuce (and onion?) Otherwise, for the price you pay, this is a great breakfast/lunch spot! Read more
A large assortment of different bagel sandwiches just as the name implies. Bagels are nice, fresh, and service was quick. Now what is so great about this? Price? Not really, probably more than tims but less than a specialty shop. Quality? Probably the same statement above. They have a ... lot of microwaves so that tells me everything is precooked and just reheated so the quality of your item may depend on how fresh it is. Overall you get what you pay for here but as with most breakfast places now that doesn’t seem like much. Breakfast used to be cheap but now it seems like it costs you the same as lunch. Read more
I ordered an everything bagel with 1 slice of cheese and ham and paid $8:59. I asked the man cashing me out to give me the breakdown of the price and he read me the register like I couldn't read it right in front of me. I asked him ... why he's charging me like if I ordered a complete whole sandwich with tomatoes/lettuce/onions etc. ( everything in the Black Forest ham sandwich) he said because I got cheese. He thought substituting 1 slice of cheese for everything else that came in the sandwich was sufficient explanation. Read more

I got Jalapeño cheddar bagel with butter from this location today and I am not satisfied at all. First of all, there wasn't any jalapeños in the bagel. That wasn't enough, the guy seems to be owner and he cheaper out so much and didn't apply butter on ... the bagel at all. The butter was only 10% applied. Very dry bagel. I don't recommend anyone this place. It ruined my morning. :-( Read more
