The best Starbucks in Toronto! I work close by and this branch is our absolute favourite. The quality of their drinks is amazing! Always best tasting. Extremely rude staff with arrogant tone on asking the most basic questions and on mentioning that the order may have been made wrong. Was told to give clearer instructions at the register instead of just honouring simple things like extra ice and splash of milk. On spending 8$ plus tax shouldn’t be ... such a task. You never assume whats going on with someone’s day and then coffee could be your highlight only to be ruined. Read more

If you are vegetarian, Jewish, or Muslim, don't ask if you can get their egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich without the bacon. They told me they could make one for me and first bite all I could taste was lard. I guess they are pre-made, and they warm them ... up, so they decided it would be ok to just pull it off for me. It was not ok. I will not be back. Eat here if you want to be disrespected. Who knows what else they do that you don't see. Read more

Horrible: lemon loaf sign at $3.95, cash register brought up $4.25; tried 4 times unsuccessfully to get my point across to the barrista, hoped the supervisor would be more willing to listen. Wandered into this cozy little space to grab an early morning espresso. Fast and friendly service. Clean washroom area. Loved the dog photos space on the wall.
