SOCO To Go - Toronto, Ontario

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The location is simply amazing, providing easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. The room upgrade was outstanding, and it made our stay even more special. A special thanks to Shane for going above and ... beyond to make our stay memorable. His efforts truly made a difference. I also want to express my gratitude to Katrina at the front desk for her amazing service and warm welcome. The breakfast buffet in the lounge was a highlight of our stay. The check in was smooth and easy, all staff had a smile on their face and was very helpful. Very luxurious building. Got the king corner room with harbour view and the view was exceptional. Room was spotless. Ac worked great. The room was a deal package with a 25$ ... gas card and 2 adult tickets to Ripleys aquarium. Acquiring the tickets and gas card was hassle free. The parking was safe and a little busy with an event happening at the scotia bank centre but still managed to find a spot. The location was great. Central to everything with the bike share program right out the door of the hotel which was a very neat way to get around. Check out was easy. Will definitely be staying again. Read more

This was our second time staying at this Delta hotel location. It is a great location in downtown Toronto near the aquarium and Rogers Centre. Modern, clean & nicely kept lobby & rooms. Pool /hot tub, and pool deck was not as clean as I'd prefer it to be- could be improvements ... made here by more frequent pool deck cleaning throughout the day. I first stayed at Delta in 2022 in their corner suite and had a good experience all around. Naturally, I returned to Delta this month when I had a major event in Toronto early next morning. However, my experience this time was starkly different and disappointing. I booked the 2 queen ... guest suite, expecting a similar level of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, the handheld shower was vibrating horribly when I turned up the temperature, making it difficult to use. The most disappointing part was the A/C in the room. Throughout the night, the A/C came on and off. When it came on, it was so loud that I had to turn it off completely. Even after I turned it off, my family and I had a sleepless night because it became too hot. Considering I paid over $700/night, I expected a much better experience. This stay was quite disappointing, especially compared to my first visit. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future guests have a better experience, regardless of the type of room they book. Read more

Had an amazing stay here for our first trip to Canada. Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, rooms and facilities were clean and modern with amazing views. Club level was also a great experience, with good food, drinks and view ... of the harbor/city. Will definitely stay here again for our future trips to Toronto. Read more
