Not the biggest fan of the cortado from here, felt like it was more on the pricier side for a below average drink. It tasted more milky than I would prefer. Disappointed as SJCB is one of the most recommended spots in the city!

I went this morning and ordered from a cashier /barista with long hair and tattoos. I felt he charged me for a large rather than a small, so I nicely asked him if he could confirm a small iced latte was $5.20. Rather than simply answer my question, he sarcastically remarked ... “thats what it says on the board doesn’t it”. Staff are awesome, some of the best baristas around and the coffee is the best in the PATH full stop. I love the new added lounge! Grab a danish and love your life!

2022.02.10 Coffee stop today was at Sam James Coffee Bar. We were walking The PATH underground. Sad to see almost 90% of the places still closed because people are working from home. My hot Americano was excellent.

Love the hand crafted coffee here. They guys know what they are doing. The coffee has such flavor and is made perfectly. The baked goods are unbelievable and I must compliment the pastry chef they use. I stop every time I'm in the area.
