Use to be good. They do have a variety of fresh foods, coffee is okay. Chai latte is very bland and not sweet, think they change recipe. Service is a little slow even though there’s like 3 people. Should be a more efficient system.

Have walked by tons of times enroute to the YMCA and just didn't notice it. So glad I did. Very good food -- a wide variety of fresh sslads, delicious sandwiches, fruit, bagels etc -- something for almost everyone. Ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese which is pretty hard to mess up...the bagel was merely warmed for ten seconds in a microwave and was dry as a desert. Haven't had the drinks or other food here so can't speak to that. Wi-Fi and cute atmosphere though!

Service was very friendly, but the latté I ordered was one of the worst ones I've ever had. I admit that I'm pickier than the average person, but that's the name of the game this day in age in a city like Toronto: People care and can taste the difference. ...
