Nespresso Boutique Bar - Toronto, Ontario

I don't know what it is, and maybe it's because it's Yorkville but the service here is terrible. You're lucky if they even acknowledge your existence especially if you're dressed casually. Go to the Union location, the staff there are absolutely incredible, warm, helpful and so knowledgeable.

Nice shopping experience. Even had a Breville, still want to give a Nespresso a chance. It’s tiny one and really convenient. Can’t make decisions which flavor will be my pleasures so buy lots of different flavors.

Amazing customer service. The associate went above and beyond and took the initiative to call and check online other locations when what I wanted was not in this location. Additionally, they are not aggressive when casually browsing the many selections of coffee, espresso and accessories.

Customer service in this boutique is exceptionally great. I bet every staff member working here is so friendly and welcoming. We went to exchange our Vertuo machine (just because of the Nespresso mobile app we couldn't choose it probably while on the website it has the same price), and they ... exchanged it so fast. We'll go there again to buy the pods. Overall, Nespresso machines are incomparable with any other coffee machines in this price range and the quality of the coffee is so amazingly great, it can beat Starbucks. I tagged along with my partner to the Nespresso Boutique shop. She had a very basic understanding of machines. We were fortunate to have a knowledgeable and non-pushy salesperson (Prateek) who explained the advantages of each machine in a simple and straightforward manner. He also served us several delicious drinks ... which ultimately sealed the deal of our purchase. His service made it a worthwhile experience to shop in-person as opposed to online. Read more
