Really overrated and overpriced. Poor service! I was wondering to have a fresh juice, waited to see if someone was willing to help, nobody approached me, got tired and decided to go with one of the prepared ones they display in the counter. Cashier was more worried about the conversation ... she was having with another staff member. Couldn’t find a straw, came back to ask and the lady pointed where they were as if it was my obligation to have a crystal ball which tells me where the straws were hidden! While a price of $7.67 is somewhat steep for a small pita sandwich with roasted vegetables, La Prep's food is wholesome and delicious. I particularly appreciate the fact that they have listed the calorie count for every item on their menu. This allows me to make an informed choice and ... not feel guilty in the aftermath. The spread is quite expansive and looks inviting. I will definitely return to try their vegetarian lasagna and coffees. The service was prompt and polite. Read more
