Walked in while store was empty and 2 staffs were very unwelcoming. Even tho the designs were great, the service was so poor that made me not want to stay in there. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Pony-tail clerk gotta learn basic manners, do you know what "customer service" means?

Wolford makes high quality products that are priced accordingly. The outlet was terribly understaffed. The single clerk could not provide the quality experience we we paying for. Lack of labeling and poor displays make self service impossible but it took us 90 minutes as she struggled with all the customers. ... There was a lack of proper size offerings in many products. If you are spening $280 on a simple black T pull over top, you really expect a pleasant buying experience and a proper fit. Simply amazing experience there this afternoon. We got drawn into the store by a displayed item but then we browsed the store. Great team of ladies as they offered suggestions and options for my wife. Sale made things easier and in the end we walked away happy and charmed.
