From 10am-7pm I was in line for a concert at history. I've been here a few times and have gone to country style before to go to the bathroom. Earlier in the day today I went there and was allowed to use the bathroom more than once. But about an ... hour before the doors opened for the concert I went there to go to the bathroom one last time. When I went in there I waited for them to unlock the bathroom because they usually have it locked. When I asked them if I could use it, the worker told me it was for customers only. I explained to him I used it earlier that day with no problem. He then continues to say how the bathroom is "expensive" and that I'd have to buy something to use the bathroom. At the time I was waiting in line for about 6 hours and really needed to go. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by this customer service. Some of the best tasting food and drinks I've ever had. I've only ever ordered delivery and have yet to go to the location so I can't speak much for that. A friendly & welcoming place. Great baked goods. I recommend the lemon cranberry muffins. Baked goods are always fresh, whatever you get. Coffee is always hot and freshly brewed. Great coffee place close to home.

Warm sandwiches are not meant to be wrapped and delivered. Although they still taste great, the condensation results in soggy sandwiches.
