They Always get my order wrong in drive thru, every single time. They mess up so frequently i just expect to get The wrong combination of milk and sugar in my tea or no cheese on my sandwich. I've ordered bagels toasted with butter and cheese and received just bagels ... with butter in them. Most of time I'm already at work by time I realize and it's too much of a pain in my a** to call every time. Incompetent and need proper training. also pretty sketchy place. The counter staff is really nice and the corn muffins are fabulous with a bit of butter and lots of peanut butter! And the best thing is that it's close to the Salvation Army Thrift Shop, great shopping and donating but they don't have a washroom!

The keep screwing up the orders. I order cream and get milk. Order decaf get normal. Sandwiches are never right or complete, missing hash browns. I don't know if I'll return, I'd rather have no coffee or food then pay for wrong stuff. Speaker system on drive thru sounds like ... teacher from peanuts. Read more

Staff have memorised my order and are polite and friendly. The eggs taste less processed then competitors. The food generally tastes of quality. Some of the donuts can taste and feel a bit greasy.

Decent but food r not hygienic and some of staffs were rude. Don't have modern equipment which sometimes lead to disaster coffee and tea. Only good thing is their loyalty program which gives u one free coffee after 9 coffees u buy.
