I am referencing the Colonnade parking a dilapidated ready to collapse structure that has been under construction for more than 7 years that I have been parking in that location a total nightmare. Upgraded their parking automation system for entry and exit The only problem is no one actually knows ... how to use it and on top of that sometimes it doesn't register your plate correctly and you'll end up with a bill for more than what you anticipate then pressing for service takes forever and when you do finally get service the person on the other line isn't really enthusiastic to help.
