Although I used to like this place and tell my friends about it, my last experience was absolutely terrible. I came to have a coffee and enjoy some chocolate. I was told they were "way too busy to make coffee or anything like that." Even though, I always liked their ... chocolate, that's not a way to talk to your customers, no matter how busy you are. Easily the best Hot Chocolate I've ever had. The salted Hot Chocolate does exactly what the owner said, wake the flavors right up. Absolutely delicious! Also had the homemade sponge toffee and it did not disappoint. A true gem
My son recently received a gift card to COCO and treated our family to their delicious organic ice cream. Really lovely ice cream, and we appreciated the friendliness and great customer service from the staff. Will definitely be returning in the future, and would happily recommend to others!
