It's liveable but thats about it; the solo dorm rooms are good. There are 2 elevators to get up to the 13th floor, but there really is only one of them, because half the time, especially during exams seasons, one of the elevators is guaranteed to be broken, so there ... will just be one elevator serving the hundreds of people in the building. Also, the communal bathroom shared between 18 people on each floor needs more maintenance and cleaning, as the showers tend to be nasty, and often broken to various extents. The internet connection here is spotty, yet they don't allow students to install their own Wifi routers, which just handicaps us even more. Lastly, some of the front desk and dining hall workers seem to be on the less friendly and lazy side, where the front desk person straight up told me to put a light bulb in the garbage bin instead of any actual recycling instructions, and one of the workers in the dining hall feel like they work at 0.5x playback speed or something. Most of the others are fine honestly, there's no time to add extra courtesy when serving dozens of students at the same time, although the second cash register should be open more often. The dining hall tables are sticky for some reason, which feels disgusting. And in the winter when outside temperatures drop below 5°C, the rooms get really dry, like 5% humidty, while a healthy minimum is 30%, so a humidifier is required to fight it to 20-25% because the air conditioning just hates humidity or something.
