My husband and I had an incredible time at the hotel! We were so thankful for Rachel who helped us through the entire process of booking and provided incredible service to us. The Tower one suite was the perfect size for us to help prep for our wedding day. We ... cannot even begin to express our gratitude towards the staff. Clean with great decor. I loved that you couldn't access the rooms unless you had a key to stay. I also loved that they provided a baggage hold service. Only deducted a star due to some of the age of the interior of the rooms. Our room had paint chips, cracked ... wood, a hole in a lamp shade. It's nothing major but noticeable for the price you pay. I would still stay here again though. Especially since they have some of the best hotel beds I've slept on. Read more

Lovely stay, great location. Had to move to a different room because there was some work being done and made it impossible to rest but the hotel staff was incredible. As soon as I let them know, they offered to move me and upgraded me to a wonderful room with a ... view. Excellent customer service and made my stay even better. Superb hotel! Just finished up a Toronto trip with my son, and loved having this hotel as our home base. Super nice to have a washer/dryer in our room. Beds let us sleep like the dead (that's good for those who no longer knows what that means). Comfy and well ... appointed for all our needs. The staff is excellent, attentive and friendly. Overall my stay was very good. The staff are very helpful and went out of their way to make my stay an enjoyable one. The hotel itself is beautiful with a large welcoming lobby with a restaurant and bar. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My only complaint about ... my room was that the air quality was not the best. It felt like it needed a deep cleaning. The hotel is in a great location and close to all the downtown sights.
