This is a very interesting place. As for me, it was like a visit some old Italian family for lunch at their place. The service is good, the location is perfect and the food is like a homefood coming from nonna’s oven. Italian are very picky especially when it comes ... to a particular types of pizza, so it’s amazing to have a possibility of creating your own. You also can choose the pasta types. There's this Italian restaurant that you simply can't miss. It's been around for a while and has a charming ambiance that makes you feel right at home. During our visit, we tried a few dishes and rated them accordingly. The pizza was definitely the star of the show, with its ... crispy thin crust and mouthwatering toppings. The lasagna came in second place, with its rich and savory flavors. However, we found the pasta to be a bit lacking in creaminess and too watery for our liking. I had two varied experiences. The first time I went there the experience was amazing. The service was good. The second time I went there the service was not as good. The guy helping us wasn't happy with us and ensured we know. And we discussed all the reasons why ... he would be upset with us but couldn't come to a conclusion. Nice clean restaurant with friendly, efficient Staff. Sadly they don't have proper roast potatoes. Instead we are given potato puffs. The steak with eggs was ordered medium rare but it's so thin, that request is an impossibility. It also lacks seasoning. The coffee and latte are excellent as was the Hollandaise ... sauce for the eggs Benedict. Overall the food is clean, non greasy and fair value. Dessert was a shot of whiskey. The food was disappointing. The pasta carbonara was plain, mainly tasted like milk cream. The onion rings lacked flavour and were not crispy. Service was fine, the atmosphere was nice but everyone that day agreed that the good was not good.
