Cute place. Decent coffee. Peaceful and amazing vibes. I ll visit again!

I ordered maple pistachio latte, but the coffee was extremely hot and tasted quite poor. I had tried the same drink at Balzac's Powerhouse, and it was very nice there. I hope the next time the barista will do better.

I love this cafe, especially when the weather is good, you can sit at the patio and enjoy a good coffee. The servers are nice as well.

Like every other Balzac’s coffee branch, you can always find a nice spot to work, study or simply enjoy your delicious cup of coffee. The patio is also beautiful as we’re heading to the warmer seasons. Staff are nice, but may seem tired sometimes!

Balzac's on Bond St. offers a cozy haven with a charming ambiance, featuring clear windows for natural light and vintage-style tiles. The service is decent but lacks flair. I opted for a standard latte, which, while consistent, disappointingly lacked latte art—an aspect I personally appreciate.
