I come to Aroma practically every Saturday and Sunday and i always have an amazing experience it is my go to place for coffee. The owner Jessica is so caring and knowledgeable about what she is doing!!!!

I had an appointment at 10am and I was disappointed that all the coffee shops didn't open early. All but one, Aroma in Sherway Gardens! There was a line up of 5 people, all with smiles on their faces. The service from Jessica was outstanding! She is so engaging and ... recommended their breakfast, and I am so happy I tried it. I went for the coffee but it was not good maybe the machine is not working properly. Though the barista did make it again for me but I something was wrong with the machine or the beans.

Worst customer service! The girl who poured my soup had nose allergy or cold. I don’t know what was the issue with her nose but she kept putting her finger in her nose and I hated taking my food from her. The cutlery was really dirty and smelly.
