You know what, I've had a lot of burgers from a lot of burger restaurants. Now that being said when I make a homemade burger people can't get enough of them. I actually get requests for my homemade burgers. So in my opinion not to toot my own horn, ... inflate my own ego. The burgers I make are top tier on the burger scale. Since going to wingburger I stopped making my own homemade burgers. Wingburger is the closest I've ever had to one of my own hamburgers. The meat he uses is fresh delicious come straight from the butcher all his food comes from the butcher. It's delicious and I definitely definitely recommend this as one of Toronto's top burger places. It looks like a little hole in the wall there's not really anything too fancy about it. Tried today, for the first time, and I have to say that I was impressed. The burgers are homemade pressed patties, cooked to perfection, and fit onto a perfect sized bun. There were plenty of toppings to choose from as well. I had the honey garlic wings and I loved them. I ... also tried a garlic dry-rub, or something along those lines, and I really enjoyed it also. I tried this place after receiving a deal and I'll definitely be back! The owner is super friendly and the food tasted great! I highly recommend the habanero-bbq wings. The food here is incredible. I have FryWingBurger combo. Good portion of fresh cut fries, 3 wings with what ever sauce I wanted (sauces are all home made) and the best burger I have had I years. Reminded me of the home made burgers my family used to make - ... with fresh ingredients, not factory processed and uniform shape. This place and the owner are awesome. my coworker and I are regulars at wing burger for lunch while we work on a project down the street. we do our best to add some variety to our lunch stop choices, but the delicious food and great service keep us coming back ... to wing burger regularly, get the combo.
