Yeah, I don't know why some people are whining about drinks and water served in measuring cups: I thought that this was one of the coolest restaurant gimmicks I've seen in a long time! Everton (server) was really nice and friendly. He was really patient with me, especially with how tired and ... all over the place I was after a long train ride. The food was delicious: Their onion rings were beyond amazing. I had a spicy fried chicken burger that was really nice, although the meat was a bit dry, but that could be a simple question of preferences. I like em thick and juicy 😏 Bad pun apart, my experience was really good. My girlfriend seemed happy too with her milkshake and her chicken sandwich! The milkshake was really nice: she got a strawberry flavoured one and what was nice is that the vanilla didn't overpower the taste of the strawberries, it felt really harmonious!! I recently visited The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer for lunch with my co-workers, and it was a delightful experience. The service was great, with our food arriving swiftly and the staff being attentive and friendly throughout our visit. We ordered a variety of items to try out their extensive menu. ... One of my co-workers opted for the Kamikaze burger with stuffed cheese. Although he enjoyed his burger, he mentioned that the stuffed cheese was not as prominent as expected, which left him a bit underwhelmed. On the other hand, the Three Ring Binder with stuffed cheese was a standout. The cheese was generously oozing out, adding to its visual appeal, and the taste was phenomenal. For dessert, we indulged in the 2001 Shake Odyssey. This shake quickly became my favorite with its perfect blend of peanut butter and Oreo cookies. I'm a fan of both ingredients separately, but combined in this shake, they created an irresistible treat. Overall, The WORKS Craft Burgers & Beer provided a great lunch experience with a few highlights and minor areas for improvement. The service and some of the dishes, especially the Three Ring Binder and the 2001 Shake Odyssey, were outstanding. This was the best burger I’ve ever had (the W burger) On top of the awesome food, was the amazing service provided by Telma! We tried to do the survey on the bill to recognize her top notch service, but this restaurant didn’t appear to be an option to pick ... for location. Thank you for the outstanding recommendation on food and on what to do when we went to Niagra Falls…. Where we also visited the works again! The food was still great, but Telma set the bar too high for outstanding service, too bad for others to follow. Read more
