This is one of my go-to spots if I need a filling meal. Food is usually good, but the quality tends to be a little inconsistent—sometimes the burger and fries are amazing and other times they’re mediocre or missing certain sauces/ingredients/seasoning. Tends to get quite busy, so service can be slow. I ... usually Ritual my order and that helps with waiting times. This place sucks . Cant understand what the cashiers is even saying . Waaaay over priced .and no side options other than fries from a dirty fryer . I didnt get any fries the person In front got them and they look rough and dark ...time to change the ... fryer grease guys . $ 11.30 for a simple burger . No sides no drink . Looked ok until I had a bite the bun was funny . Soggy top and stale bottom . The patty was good in the middle but the sides were either burnt or the grill was dirty and needed to be scraped . It gets busy here during lunch. Everything is as quick and efficient as it can be for a burger joint. There are a lot of options when it comes to sauces and toppings. Pro: The burgers and fries are really good and topping options are fresh and tasty. Con: Even though all searches say this restaurant is a good spot for kids, there is no kids menu. So if your kid doesn't eat burgers or a 4 ounce burger is way too much for ... your child, you're out of luck. We went on a Saturday around 6 p.m. There were several other diners, but it wasn't busy by any means. We couldn't find a clean table anywhere. While we were pleased with the food , our biggest disappointment was the experience. My husband and I both said, "Ordering a burger should not be this stressful." Having never eaten at the chain before, we had questions about the menu and options. However, both the cashier and line employees seemed aggravated at our questions. If you're unfamiliar with the topping options (and there are lots and they all looked yummy), it's hard to tell what is what. Probst one of the best staff and attitude I've had. I ordered the burger I always get, a loaded 12 Oz tower of protein (lol actually a mushroom and swiss) and the guy had no problems with making it exactly how I wanted. Pretty good place to fill your belly!
